Any number of contacts within a company so that the company information is only entered and changed once. Easily search by company or name. Print address labels and save address lists for mail merge and/or address labels. Categorise contacts e.g. Contractors, Consultants, Clients, Suppliers. Easily search contacts e.g. all Contractors in Lancashire or all Clients. Never enter any details again, every where in Archetype when any of the details are required they are selected from the contacts database. Create letters, faxes, e-mails, memos, minutes, agendas; issue drawings, certificates, instructions; and never enter any contact information. Copy addresses to Windows clipboard for use in other programs. Linked to the project Distribution Lists where Archetype records which contacts are involved in which projects Linked to the Archetype tasks lists so that tasks can easily be created linked to contacts. List all correspondence across all projects to a selected contact. List all projects that a contact is involved with. List all notes relating to a selected contact. Once a contact is entered in the contacts database it never needs to be typed again. Whether addressing a letter (and printing an optional address label), issuing drawings, agendas, minutes, sending an e-mail, the contact is selected from the contacts list and the relevant address details are automatically applied. Archetype learns as you use it which contacts are involved in your projects and creates a project orientated contacts list and this simplifies the selection of the correct contact and address details. There is a link to the companies web site and also a link to MultiMap to display the map location. Selected address lists can be save for mail merge (Letters) and for label printing. Searches on contacts can be made by company name, surname, category, discipline, keywords, location and any combination of these.
