The project distribution list records people who are involved in a project. Typically when you are creating letters, e-mails, faxes, minutes, agendas, etc. the names will be selected from this list. Archetype automatically adds names to this list from the contacts database when you select someone as a recipient whose name is not in the list. Thus, Archetype learns who is involved in a project as you use it.
° Select from the Contacts Database
° Contacts may be involved in any number of projects and may have different roles in them
° Automatic entry in the list when contacts are assigned to the Project Team
° Automatic entry of contacts to the list when documents are copied to them
° Linked to the Drawing Register for issuing drawings
