Many of the Archetype modules capture job costing information as you use them e.g. Time sheets for staff costs, Staff expense claims for travel, mileage subsistence, etc., Mail book for postage costs, Print Register for print, copy and photography costs.
The Archetype Job Costing module uses this data, allows you to enter any other job related expenses e.g. consultants fees, and produces job cost reports for your projects. Staff hourly costs and charges can be allocated by position (e.g. Partner, Technician) and by individual member of staff and can allow for changes over time and between projects. You can select any project/job and any period of time and produce a range of reports. Examples of some of the many reports are shown below.
This report shows the job costs for all project between the dates shown.
This report is a summary to date report showing all costs and fees/invoices for all projects and showing the current profit/loss for each project.
This form shows a monthly summary of staff costs starting with a selected year and month.
