The Archetype Project Plan is used to allocate start and end dates and resources to a project. Targets (budgets) can be allocated to stages of a project and then, as a project progresses, the budgets can be compared to the actual recorded time in the Archetype Time sheets.
The time periods for each stage can be set using a Gant chart.
The sample print out below shows the comparison of actual and budget hours.
