The project register is used to record project details. Archetype is a project orientated system and documents cannot be created for a project until the project is registered. The project number or reference can be any combination of letters and numbers.
To enter a new project in the register, select the Add Project button and fill in the project form as shown below. Details can be added at any time as a project develops.
The project register filter allows the list to be filtered by any combination of criteria (i.e. date, client, location, job type, status, etc.) to say show only the Commercial projects or all the projects for a selected client or in a selected location or any combination of these.
