The project team sheet is used to record the details of the main members of the design team. As a project progresses more members are added. When a project starts you may only know the Client/Employer, but as others e.g. Quantity Surveyor, Structural Engineer, Contractor, are appointed, they are added to the project team. This information is useful for reference but is also used in other parts of Archetype e.g. Instructions, Drawing Issues.
The form is easily complete by selecting an individual in the contacts database and the details (address, telephone, fax and mobile numbers and e-mail address) are automatically inserted.
