New in release 11 of Archetype

New modules

Inventory
The inventory module allows you to record and track items of equipment, furniture, keys, etc. and associated maintenance contracts.
Project journal
The project journal allows you to record key data for a project e.g. Client requirements, Design briefs, Plans of work, Progress reports, etc.
Backup project files
This new module will archive and restore all files associated with a project. You can even archive older email attachments and restore them if necessary.
Outlook import
Archetype's email system can link to Outlook. This new module allows you to select existing Outlook email messages from selected Outlook folders and import them to either Archetype's incoming or outgoing mail registers.
Outlook link
This module will synchronise Archetype's calendar, tasks and contacts with Outlook. It can be run on demand or scheduled to run periodically. This is especially useful to users that use a PDA and want their contacts, appointments and tasks with them.


New features
Many new features, too numerous to mention here, have been implemented in existing Archetype modules. If you have requested new features and options then they have probably been attended to. We continually address wish list items and listen to your requests.
