New control panel
Using the latest .net technology, the new control panel now has many new features including displaying outstanding tasks, calendar and office news items, minimising to the system tray, right click system tray menus, improved project selection and much more.
Purchase orders

A system for creating and managing purchase orders. Whether for consumables or for consultants reports you can manage all your purchase orders, display incomplete orders, outstanding order items, allocate costs to projects and manage all your suppliers.
Visitor book
Record who is visiting your office or expected visitors. print visitor labels.
Text search
A full text search capability that searches through all your projects and displays where text words and phrases are used. Includes searches on drawing files, pdf files and all typical office documents.
Group contact manager
Create project related contact groups.

New features
Synchronisation between sites for practices with multiple offices.
Updated many documents such as risk assessment and hazard reports, health and safety notifications, certificates for new contracts.
Drawing register supports Autocad 2007/8 file formats.
Create pdf files from Autocad drawings. Automatically create and manage pdf files for all revisions of all drawings. Integrated with the issue process with batch production options.
Staff management made easier for large offices with many staff.
Correspondence search across all methods of correspondence e.g. letters, emails, faxes, memo.
Display all projects that a contact is involved with, all correspondence or notes to a contact.
Plus many more features in every module too numerous to mention.

Some users may also notice additional modules such as the Holiday planner and staff profiles, that were introduced during the life of release 9.
