The room finishes and data sheets module allows you to record a schedule of accommodation and then develop that into room data sheets and a finishes schedule. Integrated with other Archetype modules, the list of rooms is also used in the other schedule modules and the Defect\Inspections\Snagging List modules. Data sheets can contain any relevant room information e.g. special requirements for electrical, lighting, acoustic equipment; environmental conditions e.g. min. and max. temperatures and humidity; fixtures and fitting, etc.
