The quickest and easiest time sheet system.
Unlike other time sheet systems, the Archetype time sheet is designed specifically for design offices. This means it has all the features that you need without being too complex.
The time sheet has many features including the ability for a project manager/partner/director to authorise time sheet entries, enforcing time sheet completion, limiting entry to projects that a user is authorised for, enforcing the use of stage and work description entries and locking of entries.
Each user fills his/her time sheet in by simply selecting a project and then selecting the time worked on that project for each day of the week. The daily totals are continually updated as the times are filled in as are the project totals for the week.
The Archetype time sheet is integrated with other Archetype modules including Archetype Finance for Job Costing and Fee Management, the Project Register and Staff lists, Project Planning.

Time sheet options:
° With or without overtime entry
° Allow or disallow more hours than target hours
° Refuse to close until up to date
° Open when computer boots up or when Archetype is opened
° Enforce use of stages and/or descriptions
° Descriptions selected from approved list
° Limit entry of time to project team members
The time sheet reporting filter allows any combination of year, start and end weeks, staff name and project number and generates a report. For example, if you want to know who worked on project 1234 and for how long this year, select criteria in the filter as shown and the report below is printed.
